Mechanism of Action

Vesugen is a short peptide bioregulator from the Khavinson series, designed to act as a complementary DNA sequence that penetrates cell nuclei and binds to gene promoter regions controlling vascular endothelial cell function, arterial wall integrity, and smooth muscle cell regulation. By interacting with nuclear chromatin, it normalises the expression of genes involved in cell cycle regulation and tissue homeostasis, correcting age-associated downregulation of maintenance programmes in the target tissue.
